Thank you for your interest in nominating a sophomore high school student to participate in The Elijah Cummings Youth Program in Israel (ECYP).

ECYP seeks students who you feel have the potential to be successful in the program. Examples of successful applicants who became ECYP fellows demonstrated:

• Previous leadership potential
• A desire to build community with other teens
• An interest in completing service activities
• Excellence in the classroom

To nominate students, please complete the form below. When you nominate a student to ECYP we will send them information about the program and an application (if available at the time).

You can submit this form as many times as you would like.

Additional information:  To be considered as an ECYP fellow, each student must submit an online application with the required attachments.
